The 2022 income campaign faces new stages. As of this Wednesday, May 3, you can request an appointment to make the statement by phone, known as Plan Le Llamamos.
The prior appointment is a mandatory step for the Tax Agency to prepare the income statement of a taxpayer who needs help. To do so, there are several alternatives.
The first way is through the internet, identifying yourself with NIF, NIE, electronic DNI, electronic certificate, Cl@ve PIN or reference number on the Tax Agency website.
It can also be done through the mobile application of the Tax Agency if it is downloaded to the phone.
A third way is to do it by phone. There is an automatic service available at any time, by calling 91 535 73 26 or 901 12 12 24. If you prefer personal attention, you can call 91 553 00 71 or 901 22 33 44, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. at 7:00 p.m.
The first calls to prepare and file the return with the help of a Tax Agency official will arrive within a couple of days, as appointments are scheduled at the earliest on Friday, May 5. The data of the appointment, such as the day, the center, the time and the link to the documentation necessary to prepare the rental, are received as confirmation in an SMS or by email if they have been provided. In the case of SMS, a second is received two days before the appointment as a reminder.
A maximum of one taxpayer can request 2 appointments. In the event that it is necessary to cancel one, it can be done through the same channels in which it is requested. It is recommended to do it at least one day before so that the place can be assigned to another person.
Following other key dates in this year's rental calendar, the prior appointment to be attended by phone can be requested until June 29, one day before the end of the campaign, June 30. That day will be the last to present the declaration.
Regarding the prior appointment to be attended to in the offices of the Tax Agency physically, you will have to wait until May 25, which is when the period to request an appointment opens. The appointments will begin on June 1 and will last until June 30. In any case, they can be ordered at the latest on June 29.
To request a prior appointment for physical care, the same channels mentioned above are used, except for the automatic telephone option.
