The Segarra Youth Office implements a program to improve the mental health of young people

The Government presented this Thursday in Cervera the Hubs Salut Jove program, a project that this year has been implemented in the Segarra region and that seeks to improve the emotional well-being and mental health of young people.

To this end, emotional well-being referents (RBEC) from primary care work together with office professionals to direct group activities where experiences and problems that affect this group are addressed.

The Government's idea is to replicate the initiative in the 44 youth offices throughout the country. The emotional well-being leaders of the region say that the initiative helps young people to be motivated, and also generates feelings of universality, unity and belonging.
