For those who don't know what paczki are, they're basically Polish donuts and can be stuffed with sweet or savory filling.
Traditional fillings were prune, poppyseed and jelly, but now bakeries offer dozens of flavors. The Polish sweet-treats are popular before Lent, which starts Wednesday.
So how do you pronounce that Polish word? It's definitely not PATZ-key or PATCH-key. POONCH-key or PUUNCH-ki are probably the most accurate.
