Baltimore police are seeking the public's help in locating a 19-year-old man wanted in the killing of another man in Northeast Baltimore earlier this month, they said Tuesday.

William Neely, of the 3400 block of Echodale Avenue, faces a first-degree murder charge in the Feb. 1 fatal shooting of 20-year-old Donald Symptom in the 4700 block of Hampnett Avenue, in the city's Lauraville neighborhood, police said.

Symptom was found shot in his body and head about 4:55 p.m., and pronounced dead at a hospital.

Neely did not have an attorney listed in court records, and could not be reached for comment.

Anyone with information about Neely's whereabouts is asked to call police detectives at 410-396-2100, to text a tip to 443-902-4824 or to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCK-UP, police said.
