Lucía Rivera's hard confession about the mistreatment of one of her exes: "He hit me with a broomstick in the back"

Lucía Rivera has become one of the public figures of the moment. The daughter of the bullfighter Cayetano Rivera and the actress and model Blanca Romero has managed to make a name for herself in the current industry as a model, writer and content creator, which has earned her a loyal following of followers.

Despite his youth, Rivera has gone through many difficult situations in his life and is not afraid to speak openly about his reality and everything he has experienced. A few months ago, we were able to see all the controversy that was generated around the publication of his autobiographical book: Nothing is what it seems. In this work, Paquirri's granddaughter opened up and told some stories from her life, her childhood and adolescence.

In one of her chapters, entitled Family, the young woman spoke directly about how her father's relationship with the presenter Eva González lived, something that caused her a lot of emotional discomfort: "I know that at the beginning and in his own way, my father fought for me . And as expected, he rebuilt his life with a woman, who, to my chagrin at first, only hid his displeasure towards me." Despite the fact that in the same book it was explained that later the situation got better with the birth from her brother, these words created a stir and placed the young woman in the media spotlight.

Another of the great themes that he touched on in the book and which he has now delved into in an interview for the Las Uñas program is that he was a victim of abuse in two relationships that he had some time ago. The young woman has defended that she tells her story so that she can serve as an example and other girls can flee from this type of ties and avoid the suffering that she experienced.

''We started and everything was going pretty well, until suddenly, about a year and a half later, I started to get the hang of it. But of course, I did not realize that I had already been mistreated before, with which the physical abuse would surely have done it from the first day and I would not have found out because I had it completely normalized, "the young woman began by saying to then affirm that most of her friends have experienced a relationship like this and that it is a repeated social pattern.

The young woman recounted a specific episode that made her realize that she was being mistreated: "Since everything was so normalized, because they beat my friend, they beat the other, they beat us all. Well, we didn't realize it, I think. I didn't find out until he hit me on the back with a broomstick and I said 'okay, we confirm, he's mistreating me'. Even so, the abuse is very whitewashed, especially the adolescent."

Before the confession of the bullfighter's daughter, thousands of people commented on the publication where the progress of the program appears, sending her support and encouragement and thanking her for her generosity and courage in sharing her story.

''How brave to verbalize something so hard, thank you'' wrote Nagore Robles. ''I admire you'' wrote Ana Bernal. Meanwhile, other users gave their opinion: "I'm scared and shocked," "I'm in shock" or "My poor mother, how nice that she can talk about it," among other comments.
