The National Police have arrested four young people, two of them minors, as allegedly responsible for the stabbing of two men early this Thursday in the Madrid district of Ciudad Lineal to steal their mobile phone.
Police sources have informed Efe that those arrested, between 16 and 21 years old, were located shortly after the attack, which took place around 3:40 a.m. at the confluence of Ascao and Emilio Ferrari streets.
The victims, two men aged 31 and 43, told the agents that a group of young people had attacked them and stolen a mobile phone.
Thanks to the information provided by the injured, investigators located the alleged perpetrators in the vicinity of the scene of the incident, who are charged with crimes of serious injuries and robbery with violence.
Both injured people were treated and transferred by SAMUR-Civil Protection healthcare workers to different hospital centers, where they were admitted with a serious prognosis, Emergencies Madrid has indicated.
One of the attacked had two stab wounds, while the second had two incised wounds in the right and left kidney areas.
