The síndic de Compromís in Les Corts, Joan Baldoví, has reproached the future president of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazón, for having presented an investiture speech "empty of content but full of Vox dandruff", with which he has signed an agreement of Government that hopes that "he will be choked".
In his speech at the investiture debate, Baldoví has asked Mazón to specify "the hidden agenda" of the PP for the next four years, after a pact that is "a sheet with five points", and that leaves Vox as the " pagafantas", since it will only manage 5% of the Budget of the Generalitat.
On the other hand, Baldoví has reproached Mazón and Vox for the "inquisition in Borriana against Valencian publications". "What fear do they have of culture? That each one read what they want, that they watch the channel they want, freedom is also that," he added.
"You are going to make someone who is blessing the Holy Inquisition Minister. The word censorship, which we had forgotten for a long time and which is coming back," he added. "How dramatic it is that it comes back, that a Disney children's movie is banned because there is an innocent kiss between two women. It is dramatic, it is tragic, it is sinister and it is sad," she said.
For this reason, he has asked Mazón if he "plans to let culture work freely" or if "they plan to continue prohibiting and canceling." "You have to leave what you like and what you don't like", she has underlined her.
Mazón replied that of all those present in the chamber, Baldoví was the only one who voted in favor of the General State Budget, claiming that with it "it was going to fix the problem of underfunding" of the Valencian Community, and he did not betray no water, no funding or infrastructure in this land.
"Perhaps it is others who have been the pagafantas of Sánchez", he has raised, and has reiterated his outstretched hand to be able to reach agreements on these and other policies in favor of the Valencians.
