Formula 1: schedule and where to watch the Hungarian GP race on TV

Formula 1 returns this weekend with renewed adrenaline to celebrate the Hungarian Grand Prix. The Hungaroring circuit, which hosts this exciting eleventh race of the season, prepares for the roar of single-seater engines.

Holding on to the front with steadfast determination is Max Verstappen, the Dutch champion remains at the top of the drivers' table with an impressive 255 points score. His eight wins and ten podium finishes have cemented his leadership position, and his recent win at the British Grand Prix has further bolstered his confidence and morale.

But the competition remains fierce with Sergio Pérez in Verstappen's rear-view mirror, racking up 156 points, and not far behind Mexican Fernando Alonso with 137 points. The Spaniard, with the second highest number of podiums in the competition, six in total, is also a prominent figure on the drivers' grid. However, with the hegemony of the Red Bull, it seems difficult for him to get victory 33.

Pole position went to Lewis Hamilton, which could endanger Verstappen's hegemony, who will settle for second place. Lando Norris will be third. Alonso will be eighth while Sainz will start from eleventh position on the grid.

The Formula 1 Hungarian GP race will be this Sunday, July 23 at 3:00 p.m. It can be seen on television on DAZN and can also be followed live through the La Vanguardia website.
