Registration and qualification. The PSOE, alone, registered the amnesty law proposal on November 13. The Congress Board gave the green light to its urgent parliamentary processing on the 21st.
First vote. Congress votes today to take the rule into consideration. If it passes the vote, it will move on to the committee presentation phase, where it will stay for a couple of weeks for the groups to include amendments.
In the Senate. The PP, with a majority in the Senate, approved a reform of the regulations to delay its validation in the Upper House for two months.
Return to Congress. Even if the Senate does not approve it, the text will return to Congress, where it will be definitively validated as it came out of the Lower House.
