YouSee compensates customers for the channel-chaos

YouSee has been resolved all the problems that have prevented customers to replace the channels in their mix even tv package.

It tells Jacob Mortensen, director at YouSee.

- We are now there, where all customers have access to fully be able to use the feature, so they can select the tv channels and streaming services, says the director.

Individual customers can still experience problems with to replace their channels.

in Order to ensure the best experience with them, that mixes their own package, has YouSee put a cap on how many can make it at a time.

- This means that if you can't get through first time, then just try one more time. But it will be a few of our customers who come to experience the limitation, says Jacob Mortensen

As compensation for the problems, which stood on some days into the new year, interested customers can look forward to three YouSee-points, they can use to select the additional content in a three month period.

the Points will be assigned by YouSee in march.
