Would see the FCK-match: Got fined by the club

There are the footballers who the banker hand a couple of times on the klublogoet to show how much they love their club.

Love, however, it has to disappear, in the same moment they change employer.

And then there are the players, where there is not just talking about symbolic gestures and empty words.

Players who just as well could have stood on the stage together with the supporters when their team plays.

The Swedish landsholdsforsvarer Pontus Jansson belongs to the last category.

He is a genuine Malmö-boy, and even though he is currently playing for Brentford in The Championship, knocking the heart still for ’The sky blue’.

Jansson has never laid hidden on that Malmö FF is his club, and when skåningerne earlier in the autumn met FC Copenhagen in the Europa League, he had to just be present.

even if it ended up costing him a fine in the English club, where Thomas Frank, as you know, is the manager.

- it was worth It, says Pontus Jansson to Fotbollskanalen.

Malmo FF and FC Copenhagen met in the skåne on a Thursday back in the beginning of October, and the 29-year-old Jansson was in place, although Brentford played both Wednesday and Saturday.

- It was very sore. I had a fight on Wednesday night, and then I went home (to Malmö, ed.) on Thursday morning, and then we had the fight again on Saturday.

- How can I not do every week, but it was worth it - quite clearly. It was with FCK, says Pontus Jansson.

Malmö-supporters has a strained relationship with FC Copenhagen after a much publicised Royal League match in the Park in 2005.

the Danish police swung kniplerne a little too merrily on the Swedish tribune, and it has in no way forgotten on the other side of the Øresund.

MFF-fans have a hard time with FC Copenhagen, and Jansson call it fiercely with a FCK-match.

He was, moreover, even in the Park, when the Danish police exceeded their powers.

Europa League match between Malmö FF and FCK was played late Thursday night, so Jansson was only able to travel home on Friday, and he did not get to Brentfords training facility close to Heathrow in a timely manner.

I came a little late to the workout and got a fine, but it was worth it. I think I left off with the 100 pound (approx. 875 kr.). The coaches were prepared for it.

- I missed not a workout, I came just a little late for breakfast. They were aware of it and accepted it, says Pontus Jansson to Fotbollskanalen.

Brentford-the captain is planning to go to Malmö for some weeks, when the Swedish club meetings, Dynamo Kiev.

In the last round 12. december meet FC Copenhagen and Malmö FF in the Park.
