Mark Szigethy has in court been totally disagree with the claim on the shares, which are today more than five million dollars worth.

According to the 74-year-old Karsten Ree, the shares sold for the symbolic amount at the beginning of 2017, as 'a plaster on the wound', because Szigethy some years earlier had got him to buy a bigger amount of shares in the company, which then had come into great economic problems.

Close to the Karsten Ree in the wild case: Requires five million for one dkk.

Among other things he said in court in early October:

- All were of the opinion that even a penny was expensive at the time. It was oh well worth it. If it had been a dollar, I was not gone to it, said Ree.

Mark Szigethy had a somewhat different view of the agreement on the number of shares to a single penny. In the Court of Elsinore were the case according to his opinion such, that the 200,000 shares was subject to the condition that Ree and him together was part of a larger investment project, where they both could get a bigger profit. But it never happened.

Case card

At the beginning of the 2014 buy Karsten Ree at the request of Mark Szigethy 400.000 Dandritt shares and they make an investment.

But according to Ree goes the agreement is not as planned and he has not delivered it, which he pays for. Therefore negating the end, he, the agreement and goes to court.

It is a Karsten Rees Holdingfirma B, which has sued Marks Szigethy and the latter's company Quint Aps.

One of the requirements is that Szigethy transfer of 200,000 Enochian shares for a penny

A second requirement is that Szigethy should acknowledge that Ree was entitled to raise their investment, and at that time, he owed him three million.

Szigethy rejects everything and have two counterclaims. Ree, in the first transfer of 100,000 Enochian-shares.

Karsten Ree: - the Verdict is in

Karsten Ree is satisfied with the outcome of the judgment, but he render is not straight forward around with their arms over, that the shares, he gave a crown for today is around 6.5 million dollars worth.

- the Verdict is in. It is fallen out to my advantage, so I can't be anything other than happy, he says to Ekstra Bladet and continues.

- But you have to remember that I had I bought shares of him for 20 million crowns, which was not a crown's worth at that time. Why were the 200,000 shares a kind of patch on the wound.

When the equation must be made up, means the victory in court then, not in the big win for Karsten Ree - on the contrary.

- It annoys me to always lose money, but you have to understand that when you have shares in the neighborhood of four billion, so you get used to the swings. You can lose 200 million on the one days and win 50 of them back the next. Then comes the rest later. There are often large fluctuations, but such it is, says Karsten Ree.
