The territorial management of Climate Action in the Terres de l'Ebre has filed the administrative procedure to receive authorizations for two solar park projects in the region of Baix Ebre (Tarragona). This is the Amepersol 1 photovoltaic plant in El Perelló, of 34.53 megawatts, and its evacuation lines in the areas of Perelló and Rasquera, and the Rapersolar 1 plant in L'Ametlla de Mar, of 40 megawatts, with lines of evacuation in the same municipal term.

Red Eléctrica Española has informed the department that the projects' access and connection permits for the installation have expired due to failure to prove compliance with the milestones. The resolution does not exhaust the administrative route. An appeal can be filed in Energy.

As published this Tuesday by the DOGC (Official Gazette of the Generalitat of Catalonia), on the one hand, the application of the company Unosig Energías SL - prior administrative authorization, administrative construction authorization - for the Amepersol 1 solar park project in El Perelló, and the request from the company Neosol Tecnología y Energía SL - prior administrative authorization, administrative construction authorization - for the solar park project called Raspersolar 1, in L'Ametlla de Mar. Both companies are part of the EDORA group, with headquarters in Seville.

Red Eléctrica Española informed the General Directorate of Energy, on September 25, 2023, of the automatic expiration of the access and connection permits of the facility in process for not having accredited compliance with the requirements to the transmission network manager. milestones, as established in article 1 of Royal Decree Law 23/2020. Both promoters have one month to file an appeal.
