Three people slightly intoxicated by a fire in a home in Pozuelo de Alarcón

Three people have been slightly poisoned after the fire caused in a two-story house in the Madrid municipality of Pozuelo de Alarcón, whose second floor has been greatly affected, as explained by Emergencies 112 of the Community of Madrid.

The fire broke out yesterday around seven in the afternoon on Olivar Street in Pozuelo and up to eight Community Firefighters have gone to the scene to put it out.

After 40 minutes of extinguishing work, the firefighters have considered the fire under control, which has left three poisoned people, the two residents of the house, a 78-year-old man and a 69-year-old woman, and one of the neighbors, a young man of 22 years.

The three have been treated by the Red Cross health services and transferred in a mild condition to the Puerta de Hierro University Hospital, in Majadahonda.

The National Police investigates the causes of the fire in collaboration with the Municipal Police.
