Sol, the owner of the account, is the one who has Bianca in her care and has accompanied the video with an audio of Lightning McQueen, the charismatic racing car protagonist of the Cars movies. As Sol explained in one of the comments, her neighbor's dog tore off Bianca's paw. Hence, she required a "prosthesis" to be able to move. The same bad luck had the turtle of another Internet user who commented that in her case she walks with only 3 legs.
