Grilled razor clams with chermoula: learn how to give an exotic touch to the recipe

Oil and parsley are usually the only accompaniment to grilled razor clams on most occasions, but there are other very delicious ways to eat these elongated clams. For example, you can cook them with Chermoula sauce, very typical in Moroccan cuisine, which is made with ingredients such as garlic, coriander, parsley, paprika or cumin. While the razor clams are releasing the sand and other impurities into a container with water and salt, prepare the sauce yourself and then serve it over the mollusks once they are cooked.
