Eggs on the plate: the best recipe for Sunday brunch

If you wake up late, and you want to have a brunch at home without complicating your life too much, apart from offering fruits, cheeses and various cold cuts, you can prepare some eggs on the plate. The recipe that we propose is very simple, if you don't have an oven, you can even prepare it in the microwave, the only thing you will need is bread to dip because plated eggs are delicious.

>4 eggs.

>200 grams of tomato sauce.

>200 grams of Iberian ham shavings.

>Salt and pepper.

1.Cover the base of some individual ramekins with the tomato sauce.

2. Crack an egg into each ramekin, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3.Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. (Every oven is different, so bake until the egg white is hard and the yolk is soft.

4. In the last minutes of cooking, add the ham shavings.

5. Remove from the oven and serve.

Difficulty: easy.

Time: 25 minutes.

Servings: 4.
