Do you spend the day worrying about everything? How to learn to relativize and rest the mind

For many people, it is not that they are part of their day to day, but that they are around their heads for almost every hour they are awake. And even in dreams. Therefore, it does not seem that its function is something precisely positive for the human being. So what is worry for? A worry occurs when the mind is focused on a certain problem, the function of which is to stimulate the brain to face or solve it. Therefore, it is a necessary sensation. The problem is when it stops being functional and becomes an obstacle.

Worry becomes something negative and useless when what causes it are not real problems, but something that has become one without being one or that has been overstated. The same happens if the event in question is beyond the control of the person or if there is not even a possible solution. And, of course, one of the most common cases, when said concern is not even based on something that has happened or is even likely to happen.

All of this will turn worry into anguish, into something that directly affects people's mental health and emotional stability. Being able to limit and block them. To prevent this from happening it is essential to learn to relativize.

Worry can cause stress and anxiety, as well as lead to sadness, fear, or anger. All of them negative feelings that, if they become the usual tonic of each day, will make the task of maintaining stable and favorable mental health difficult. The solution is to relativize the problems and, above all, relativize between those that do deserve attention and those many others that in a matter of days or months will be forgotten or considered as something completely insignificant.
