As a result of a promotion I did for a cookbook, I ended up with a large number of wooden spoons in my possession. All with the title of the book, they are of good quality and very pretty, but I don't think I can live to use them all.

Most are in a bag in our storage room, but two or three live in our kitchen drawers. And they are, without exaggeration, probably one of the most useful and most intensively used utensils in our house.

They are perfect for taking care of the coating of my non-stick pans, wonderful for stirring stews, working in a duo, ideal for serving salads or pastas. In addition, wood has that 'nosequé' that connects you with the land and traditions.

After so much use, and thousands of visits to the dishwasher, the title of the book can barely be guessed, but the noble services that my wooden spoons have provided me have generated in me an eternal debt of gratitude.
