Irvin is a funny donkey who loves to play on his farm in Wisconsin (USA). He has changed a lot since he came to the family. When the animal was rescued, he could hardly walk. An American couple took care of him, until this equine fully recovered mobility.
After going through the process, his personality changed for the better: from being a very quiet donkey, to a very playful animal, and a bit of a junk. And he has a funny obsession, chasing his owner Bradley.
According to the videos posted by the couple, Irvin loves to run around all corners of the farm, while chasing Bradley, who has to work hard to avoid him. She defines it as an "obsession". And she assures that they look like "two children playing". His wife has a great time with these chases, judging by the laughter that can be heard in the background.
Irvin also loves to play with a giant colorful ball: "He's like a little boy," continues his owner, who remembers those early days when he had trouble walking. Now, he is able to run inside the farm with the ball and through the surrounding paths.
The donkey is fully integrated into the family and with the rest of the animals. Play with horses, chickens or rabbits, although as you can, depending on the difference in size. You know your place is there. Not inside the house, which he does not enter, even if he wants to order some food.
Sometimes Irvin does some mischief, like trying to open packages of dirt or compost. However, this American family does not care. Nor do they take into account his obsessions, because that means that the animal is happy. And they can no longer imagine a life without him.
