Zara approaches haute couture with its Studio collection

Zara has taken the definitive step to turn its Studio collection into a line that looks like a luxury brand. When Marta Ortega took over at Inditex in April 2022, one of her goals was to democratize fashion, with pieces within reach of all budgets. But at the same time, she was also looking to put collections on sale, especially those from Zara, that would bring them closer to the world of luxury. A mission that she has more than fulfilled.

This is reflected in the new Zara Studio collection that went on sale today. The company presents sophisticated designs that follow the trends of the moment and whose prominent colors are black and white, the classic and infallible most timeless duo found in all types of designs.

Steven Meisel, who recently launched his first capsule line for the Inditex brand, was in charge of photographing this campaign, which also featured the participation of makeup artist Pat McGrath, stylist and creative director Karl Temper and Fabien Baron. who directed the video.

The new line has different designs in different textures and details that make a difference, such as feathers, leather-effect fabric, chiffon or lamé. A line that includes dresses that are ideal for becoming the perfect guest and making a difference, as well as skirts, jacket, vest and pants sets, trench coats, bralette bras or asymmetrical tops.

Accessories also play a leading role, with belts and gold jewelry, as well as pumps and boots that include gold on their heels. It should be noted that some models also have feather details, like the bags, thus making these accessories unique and special.

In short, a collection that is a complete fantasy and that has very affordable prices, from 19.95 euros for one of the necklaces to 249 euros for the trench coat, a piece that has all the numbers to become one of the seasonal designs.
