I have captured for La Vanguardia Readers' Photos these images of the Sant Sebastià church illuminated by the first lights of the sun, amidst fog and with the emblematic Montserrat mountain in the background.

Sant Sebastià is a neoclassical church from the 19th century, included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. It belongs to the municipality of Prats de Lluçanès, county of Lluçanès.

Montserrat is visible from many parts of Catalonia, also from Lluçanès, as can be seen in this series of photographs.

The material (conglomerate), the structure (column-shaped) and the erosion (due to the effect of water and ice) mark the landscape of the area of the Montserrat monoliths, which thus acquires an unmistakable appearance no matter where you look at it. .

The Cavall Bernat is the largest and best known of the monoliths of the Montserrat massif. It shows a spectacular 245-meter-high conglomerate wall.

The region of the needles of Montserrat forms an authentic route that delights hiking lovers, who can discover reliefs baptized with names such as the Twins, the Scorpion, the Nun, the Finger or the Parrot.
