Preview of chapter 352 of 'The Promise': All of Pelayo's lies exposed!

The Promise has returned to the small screen one more day with a most exciting episode. In the latest installment of the Spanish Television La 1 series, the unexpected declaration of love between the Count of Ayala and Margarita leaves everyone in La Promesa surprised. Cruz, after the initial confusion, glimpses in this gesture the possibility that both of them will finally leave the palace, changing the course of things.

Meanwhile, Santos, the new lackey, presents himself to the rest of the staff as an arrogant and narcissistic person, showing his darker side. However, his attention is especially focused on Vera, whom he repeatedly praises with compliments.

On the other hand, Virtues violently confronts Candela for having revealed her deception in front of her mother, accusing her of being an absent mother who has no right to intervene in her life. On another front, with the help of Blanca Palomar, Jana and Manuel begin to break down the emotional barriers that separated them, although Manuel still must face telling his family about his relationship with Jana, a dilemma that he finds overwhelming. Furthermore, Vera publicly announces her reconciliation with Lope, while María Fernández begins to question her future as the next maid of the Duchess of Abrontes and her permanence in La Promesa.

In the next chapter of The Promise, the bond between Jana and Manuel seems to strengthen, but both are aware of the barriers imposed by his mother. In search of support, Manuel trusts Blanca, while Jana is excited about the progress of their relationship. However, the public declaration of love between Margarita and Ayala sparks a confrontation between Martina and her mother, which culminates in a violent act. For his part, Curro tries to console Martina, but her intervention is received with distrust and resentment.

On the other hand, Santos establishes a close friendship with Petra, but his interest in Vera generates tensions with Lope, who confronts him directly. Candela and Simona, worried about Virtues, witness another episode of suffering on the part of the young woman. Meanwhile, Pelayo, in an attempt to obtain Catalina's forgiveness, carries out a risky move that exposes his lies to the Marquis, with far-reaching consequences.
