They interview the woman with the viral palm tree and reveal what happened to the remains: "I was bored and I looked out the window"

Although the storm that is lurking in various parts of Spain is causing terrible destruction, sometimes that phrase 'there is no evil that does not come true' comes true. During the last few hours, a video has gone viral on social networks in which a woman broadcasts live the fall of a palm tree due to the strong winds that are prevailing in Seville.

Images that would have no value beyond the weather, but that have generated millions of views in a few hours due to the lady's way of narrating. "The palm tree has fallen, gentlemen! She was saying it. The palm tree has fallen. Live. Well, there is no palm tree anymore. Hey," she says. Now, María Luisa, the author, wanted to speak for the program Let's see.

During the minute and 13 seconds of the video, María Luisa does not hesitate to even comment on what a person is doing with the umbrella. "Why do you open it here? With the wind she makes," she reproaches him. And, a short time later, you can see how her palm tree falls in that same place.

After this success on networks, a reporter from the aforementioned program has traveled to Pina Montano to talk to the funny woman. "María Luisa has become a true social phenomenon, people greet her in her neighborhood and ask for photos," the journalist said.

The woman has begun to relate the events. "My granddaughter called me and said 'what are you doing, grandma?', and I said 'here at the window, this is more boring...'", she explained. "And I say 'ui, the palm tree, the palm tree is going to fall," she added. After this, and at the request of her granddaughter and one of her neighbors, María Luisa did not hesitate to start recording what was happening.

"I'm recording and I say 'whoa, the palm tree, damn the palm tree' and the palm tree fell. And now, don't you see," the lady continued, to the laughter of Joaquín Prat and the reporter. "I sent it to her and put it on Facebook. I called my colleague and immediately those from the association came with the three cars, cut everything down and picked it up in less than half an hour," she wanted to make it clear.

The woman explained that shortly after, her granddaughter called her to let her know that it was going viral. "The phone again, and come the WhatsApps, come WhatsApps. My goodness, and the cell phone plugged in," she assured, making it clear that she could not cope with so many messages.

María Luisa has stated that she is a housewife, a widow, and still has "one son left." Likewise, something that has surprised everyone is her age: "I'm 75 years old, for 76." And if there's one thing she likes, it's going out into the street, although that time she couldn't: "She was bored and I looked out the window." And thank goodness she did it.
