The strategy of Paula Badosa and Stefanos Tsitsipas to end crisis rumors

Stefanos Tsitsipas is better than ever. The Greek tennis player became news after his participation in the ATP Masters 1000 in Paris, a moment that gave him the opportunity to recover from the sporting slump that he faced last summer.

A crisis that for his unconditional followers had a "culprit": his girlfriend, the Spanish tennis player Paula Badosa, with whom he had announced his relationship at the beginning of that same summer. A beginning of romance that came with a grand exhibition on social networks - even with a joint account on Instagram. Weeks later, the first breakup rumors emerged. However, almost three months after that, Badosa confirms that they are still together, and better than ever.

The tennis player has opened up in an interview for ¡Hola! magazine. in which at first she does not talk about her partner, but about her achievements as a professional and her personal insecurities. However, she can't help but mention him at one point, ensuring that "we both understand each other very well."

"It's special to go through all these moments with someone who perfectly understands what you do and what you feel," confesses Badosa.

But how did they go from being on the verge of breaking up to maintaining such a consolidated relationship despite the criticism? The couple follows a careful strategy after what they experienced at the beginning of last fall, and they both did not take well to becoming the object of the media spotlight.

From then on, they made a decision: delete their joint account and end the overexposure on social networks. Tsitsipas admitted that since his relationship with the tennis player became official, his team was worried about his defeats, since he was singled out for the public exposure of him as the Catalan's partner.

For this reason, they have worked hard on a strategy: redirect the image of both to avoid criticism and to focus all the attention on their figures as elite tennis players.

The Greek, 25 years old and sixth in the world ranking, even stated that he had found the woman of his life in Badosa. A sentiment she shares, stating that he felt she and Tsitsipas were "soulmates."

During the press conference before his participation in the Paris-Bercy tournament, the Greek wanted to highlight the happiness he had achieved in his life at all levels. "I am in love with tennis, with my partner and with my family. These three things are what I call my holy trinity."

Tsitsipas, who recently declared that it was difficult for him to get out of bed after his painful injury at the ATP Finals, will return to the courts soon. He will not do it alone, as he will play in the World Tennis League with his girlfriend in the second edition of the mixed exhibition tournament, from December 21 to 24 in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates).

A competition that will serve as a preseason for both, who will try to solve their injury problems.
