The peculiar attitude of a single man from 'First Dates' causes the immediate rejection of his date: ''He lacks the will to live''

The most famous dating restaurant on the small screen, First Dates, has closed its doors for another week. On Friday night, viewers were able to witness several dates between different diners, which ended in ways as surprising as their own protagonists.

One of the great dates of the night was that of Marina and Sebastián. The 27-year-old single woman from Alicante arrived at the restaurant claiming to be a very fun person, although she couldn't connect with any guy. ''It's okay, I'm still young and there are a lot of people to meet,'' she confessed. The single woman had been living in Madrid for several years, but she had not yet found the ideal person with whom to start a beautiful love story. She wanted to meet an athletic, fun guy with clear things.

His date was going to be Sebastián, a 31-year-old economist, who currently worked in a banking entity. ''I am a fan of anime, manga and I like to cook and play sports,'' he confessed. The first impression among the singles was very mixed. While Sebastián was pleasantly surprised by the single woman, Marina was clear that he was not going to be the man of her life. ''He is a person that attracts me a lot,'' he commented. ''He has the face of a good person, but he is older for me and he is very short,'' she said.

After exchanging their first words, Carlos Sobera accompanied the couple to their table. There, the singles began the evening talking about their great hobbies. Sebastián commented that cinema was his great passion, but especially anime and manga. ''That doesn't fascinate me,'' declared the single woman.

Another of his great obstacles was the party. The bachelor claimed that he went out sporadically. Something that contrasted with the single woman, who considered herself much more fun than his date. At one point during dinner, the couple opened up about what they were looking for in the show. ''I'm looking for a person like me, fun, and a relationship, but calmly,'' she declared. ''She's always happy and she's always laughing, and I like that,'' he commented. ''He lacks the will to live,'' Marina asserted.

In the final stretch of the evening, the situation between the singles did not seem to be getting better. And Marina was clear that there could only be a beautiful friendship between her and Sebastián. ''He is very good and to me he is so good... that maybe it is what would suit me, but not what I want,'' explained the single woman.

A very different feeling than the one the bachelor had, who as the minutes passed, the more comfortable he felt at his side. ''Today I was hoping to find someone like Marina,'' he said. In the final decision there were no surprises and Marina rejected the bachelor due to lack of chemistry.
