The British series Sex Education has returned to our screens with the premiere of its fourth season. This Netflix production has generated millions of fans around the world for its addictive plot and its endearing characters, who go through problems as realistic as those of the audience.
What is not so realistic, perhaps, is the wonderful dream house in which Otis, the young male protagonist, and his mother Jean, who represents that she is a very successful sex therapist, live. High ceilings, many windows and rooms and spectacular views characterize this chalet located in the Wye Valley, on the border between England and Wales in the United Kingdom.
The total area of the plot is 1.8 hectares, it has three living rooms, five bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed over three floors. One of the main attractions, along with the warm wooden floors, is the master bedroom on the upper floor.
The house was built in 1912, but was renovated in 2002 by the current owner. As described on the Chalet's own website, it is a "cozy and characterful" place with "colorful and elegant interiors."
Of course, if someone is thinking of purchasing it, they better have a full wallet. The real estate agency that is putting it up for sale, Knight Frank, has set the price at 1.5 million pounds, that is, the equivalent of more than 1.7 million euros.
Before putting it on the market, the house could already be rented by the day, making it an ideal place to disconnect with family or friends in nature.
