Bad Gyal has become one of the revelation artists on the Spanish music scene. The Catalan singer, daughter of actor Eduard Farel·lo, has been breaking the mold for some time in the world of urban and trap songs. A dedication and popularity that will be realized starting at 6:00 in the morning this Friday, when her first album, titled La Joia, is officially published.
To talk about it and share her experiences with the public, the artist has visited the set of El Hormiguero, with Pablo Motos. There, Alba Farel·lo was able to talk at length about the development of the album, as well as show her minimalist special edition and tell different anecdotes that have caught the attention of viewers. One of them in particular involved her in a verbal confusion that almost left her grounded after Paris Fashion Week.
According to the singer, she was ready to take the plane back to Spain after 10 hectic days in the French capital. However, after passing the security check, they took her away from her and told her that she had to wait for her to ride the entire ticket. Only then would she know if she could get on the plane. A strange situation that ended up being resolved in her favor once all the passengers were on board, but she left him with the fly behind his ear.
As soon as she prostrated herself on the board to ask for explanations, she found herself with a surprising argument: one of her team members had indicated that she was drunk. An erroneous statement, since she had not drunk a drop of alcohol all day and it was 4:00 p.m. After consulting with the person in question, her manager, they realized that everything had been a mistake: a confusion caused by the language.
During the previous pass through baggage check-in, Bad Gyal and several members of his team were dancing and fooling around before proceeding to security control. Several of the airport workers felt uncomfortable with this performance, but soon the Catalan's agent wanted to clarify everything by saying: “she's a singer.” However, what those responsible understood was that she was a drinker.
