Paula Echevarría has already returned from her vacation in the Dominican Republic with Miguel Torres. The couple escaped for a few days to this idyllic destination and, upon her return, the Asturian dazzled at the ELLE Cancer Ball charity gala in a beautiful black dress by Isabel Sanchis.
