Barely two months ago, the news of the pregnancy of María Rodríguez, better known as Michu, broke. José Fernando Ortega Mohedano's ex-partner confessed that they were expecting her second child, even though they are no longer in a relationship. However, it has now come to light that Ortega Cano's ex-daughter-in-law had to have an abortion so that her life would not be in danger.
As she herself expressed in Semana magazine, on March 8 she had to interrupt this process because she was "very weak." And this pregnancy was risky from the first moment due to her heart disease.
"I feel low on energy, with anemia and undergoing treatment. And that is one of the reasons why we had to terminate the pregnancy," Michu said in the aforementioned magazine. An abortion that could be done without problems because the initial three months had not yet been completed.
And she already had these problems when she was expecting Rocío, her first daughter. From six months onwards she had to start receiving blood transfusions to be able to withstand the problems she was going through. However, this time everything was much worse.
"I couldn't do anything else. It was either my health or my health. Either a brother for Rocío or my daughter being left alone. I had no choice," he harshly confessed. A decision that she has made alone, since she does not have a good relationship with José Fernando.
"I talk to José the minimum, for me nothing anymore. I pass the phone to my daughter and she is the one who speaks," he revealed. So much so, that she claims that she has it blocked. Although the one he has been able to speak well with has been Gloria Camila, with whom he met last weekend to tell her the news.
It seems that the relationship between the two is very good, so much so that the daughter of Michu and José Fernando "adores her aunt." Therefore, it is not surprising that this news has been a blow to Rocío Jurado's daughter. Although it is not known how the child's grandfather, Ortega Cano, may have reacted.
He himself showed his disbelief at the pregnancy of his son's ex-partner. Among other things, he questioned whether she was really pregnant. "I don't know, those things are still not known. She said it, but you can't anticipate events, right? First you have to let the events come by themselves," he stated for Europa Press.
