Mediaset confirms the return of the mythical 'Who wants to marry my son?' with Lujan Arguelles

Who wants to marry my son?, the legendary Cuatro program in which the approval of mothers was sought before marriage, is back. Mediaset has confirmed that it will recover the format with a sixth season, which will again feature what was already the 'priestess of love' in its previous editions: Luján Argüelles.

The chain is already working together with Warner Bros ITVP Spain in the production of a new season of the emblematic dating show. This new installment will revolve around a group of singles who are looking, together with their mothers, for the love of their lives among several candidates. Little new compared to past seasons.

In each of the programs, mothers and children will be ruling out options after a series of challenges in which the strength of the relationship will be put to the test. The objective, explains the chain, is to discover unknown and unexpected facets and behaviors of mothers and children, focusing on the similarities and differences of criteria between the two.

At the controls of the program will once again be Luján Argüelles, the well-known presenter who came to earn the name of 'priestess of love'. Without a doubt, another claim for the audience.

There is still no date for the return of Who wants to marry my son?, which is currently in the production phase, as reported by the chain. What is certain is that the dating show will return to Cuatro.

Mediaset has made a strong commitment to this type of program, whose objective is for participants to find a partner. In addition to ¿Quién quiere casarse con mi hijo?, Cuatro also broadcasts other programs with similar themes, such as First Dates, presented by Carlos Sobera.
