Hilary Duff's family is in luck. The versatile artist has announced that, at 36 years old, she is pregnant with her fourth child, the third she will have in common with her husband, musician and composer Matthew Koma.
"Surprise, surprise!" the American star of hits like Lizzie McGuire, Agent Cody Banks and Cadet Kelly wrote on her Instagram profile.
The singer has also chosen a fun family photo for this very special announcement. In the image, her three other children and her husband appear. Everything is in the couple's room with pajamas. And she appears touching her belly with a surprised face. She is instantly already in a painting decorating a corner of her house.
"So much for silent nights. With love, the Duff, Bair, Comrie team," reads the frame of this original, oval-shaped, maroon-colored greeting. "Fourth baby carrying," she wrote on her husband's Instagram account.
Hilary and Matthew got married by surprise in a civil ceremony in 2019, a wedding that took place in the garden of their residence in Los Angeles around the same time. And it seems that Christmas always brings joy to the homes of the artists, who wanted to share the good news with their followers.
The couple already has two children together: Mae, 5, and Banks Violet, 2. There is also the oldest, Luca (11 years old), the result of her previous marital relationship with ice hockey star Mike Comrie. Now, they wait for the fourth little one, who have not revealed whether he is a boy or a girl.
