Gerard Piqué's luxury mansion in Barcelona for his parties: "They were historical festivities"

Gerard Piqué announced his retirement from the world of football in 2022. A very thoughtful decision, but also conscientiously prepared, since the blaugrana had been taking great steps in the business world to ensure his future once he hung up his boots forever.

It is known that one day he intends to be the brand new president of F.C. Barcelona, but for the moment he is satisfied with investing in other companies and properties to grow his millionaire assets. Among others, he manages Kerad Project 2006 SL, a company dedicated to buying and selling real estate assets, through which he owns a long list of properties, including a fabulous mansion located on the exclusive Pearson avenue, in Barcelona, which he bought in 2015.

A house that many thought at first was to move in with Shakira, but after their separation it was taken for granted that the businessman would put it up for rent to get a return on it. Well no, because as Vanitatis has discovered, the luxurious house has another purpose: to serve as a refuge for her well-known nocturnal revelry.

An inaccessible and very private mansion, with 817 square meters spread over four floors, elevator, swimming pool, huge gardens and located in one of the most exclusive areas of the capital, which has always been under the direct control of Gerard Piqué; and that managed to go unnoticed as it was acquired as one more property of his real estate company.

However, not everything was going to be perfect. The exclusive enclave has a "problem", and that is that it has neighbors. Moreover, it has been thanks to them that it has been possible to discover the purpose to which the mansion would have been destined, just as the aforementioned portal advances; because being located on a mound, the mansion is visible to the adjoining houses.

"They were historic parties, which we could all see. I knew that someone could see him or even, if we had had bad faith, take pictures of him," say his neighbors, who assure that the former soccer player always showed himself "with bachelor ways" in those parties -full of women and friends-, which followed one another throughout the duration of his relationship with Shakira.

To this magnificent property we should add another, well known for the parties that the former footballer has celebrated: his triplex on Muntaner street. A luxurious and expensive "bachelor's apartment" of just over 500 square meters that the player acquired in 2009, before meeting Shakira, in the exclusive district of Sarrià Sant-Gervasi. The former footballer paid more than four million euros for the property at that time, and it is between those four walls where the best kept secrets of the player would be hidden.

Three floors decorated in an industrial style that occupy the same building of old architecture in the aforementioned street, with the 'jewel in the crown' in the last one, which has a terrace, private pool and its own 'chill-out' area. There she went to live with Clara Chía after her separation from Shakira -although the Catalan lives with her parents, she spent most of her time there-; although the main idea is to build a new home when the time comes.
