The latest business of Fani Carbajo, known for her time on Temptation Island, has been a failure. But the worst thing for her is that she cannot recover the deposit of 7,500 euros that she deposited with former soccer player Rubén de la Red to rent him a nightclub. Given the former athlete's refusal, the collaborator has decided to report him.
According to Fani in the Fiesta program, the conflict originated from the rental of a nightclub that Rubén rented. The collaborator has been clear in her version: "I take a place in June, I ask if it has a license and they tell me yes. The contract is signed at the real estate agency, the keys are handed over and the transfer is made. July arrives, August arrives and "There is no license. Suddenly there are debts on supplies because it turns out that the previous tenant owes both Rubén and his ex-wife more than 40,000 euros of debt on the premises plus debt on supplies, so I ate a brown bag."
In an attempt to resolve the situation, Fani spoke with Tania, De la Red's ex-wife, and subsequently an agreement was reached to cover the November and December payments. As the business continued to go poorly, the collaborator retired, leaving her partners in charge.
The problem came when De la Red was not willing to sign the termination of the contract that would allow her to recover her deposit of 7,500 euros: "He has not signed it and to this day I still have not signed anything." Therefore, He has no choice but to report this situation.
For his part, Rubén de la Red has offered a different version of the conflict. As José Ángel Leiras pointed out in the program after speaking with the former player, De la Red would be willing to return the deposit, as long as the partners who were in charge of the premises pay the corresponding money.
And, even so, it wouldn't be the 7,500 euros that Fani demands: "She comes here demanding and on top of bad manners. When they pay me the new bail, I will pay you your three thousand and something euros. She asks for twelve thousand or ten thousand, but you are sick in the head...The people here have a hard face that you can't see."
In parallel, De la Red has also questioned Fani's version of the agreed bail and has suggested that the collaborator is looking for fame and money: "She didn't have money. All this girl wants is to be in the news and look for money out there because "She doesn't have it. She thought that with what the partners put in they were going to go ahead and sneak away... So what's happening? She doesn't pay."
