The world of acting is once again in mourning after the sudden death, just a week ago, of Itziar Castro. This time it is also actress Daniela Costa, known especially for her roles in television series such as Leaving Class or My Adorable Neighbors, who has died at the age of 42 for reasons that are still unknown.

Born in Barcelona in 1981, Costa began her professional career at the end of the 90s, while she was still a teenager. She did it not on television, but on the big screen, with her participation in films such as You Can't Have Everything or My Name is Sara, yes, with minor roles.

Great success would come to her at the beginning of the 2000s. It was then when the actress decided to move to Madrid and participate in two television series of special relevance at that time: Al leaving class and El comisario, both on Telecinco. This would lead to her starring in her own film, Diary of an Intern, in 2003.

Returning to Barcelona, Costa appeared in TV3 productions and, again in Madrid, he would sign for the Antena 3 series Mis adorable neighbors, landing another of the most memorable roles in his professional career. He also participated in Hospital Central and its sequel MIR, both on Telecinco, or in Lalola, on Antena 3.

In the last years of her career, Daniela Costa decided to park her television projects and focus on auteur cinema, with titles such as See You in Hell, Kaleidoscope, Faraday or Para Elisa. All of them arrived before a break that took place in 2014, the year in which she began to work as director of artistic events in her native Barcelona.

In addition to her acting skills, Costa was also a dancer. Proof of this is her training in contemporary, jazz or oriental dance, among many other styles. On the other hand, she had training in singing and music, Zen meditation, yoga and Pilates.
