Gordon Ramsay and his wife, Tana, are in luck. Last week, coinciding with the television chef's 57th birthday, they welcomed what has become his sixth child and whom they have named Jesse James.
A child who has already been presented on social networks, courtesy of his famous father, who shared three images on Instagram that caught his followers by surprise, since almost everyone was unaware that Tana, 49, was pregnant.
"What a wonderful birthday gift, please welcome Jesse James Ramsay," the chef wrote on Instagram, adding that it was one more for the "Ramsay brigade": "Three boys, three girls... Done."
The family has already become super large, as little Jesse James joins his five siblings: Megan (25), the twins Jack and Holly (23), Matilda (22) and little Oscar (4), who It also came as a surprise to the family.
The five seem very excited about this new member of the "brigade", as do their parents, who are very happy to kiss and hug the newborn, as can be seen in the images. "It has been nine months of nerves, but we have done it," adds Tana Ramsay, on her social network profile, ensuring that the family is now "definitely complete."
Those who do not seem so happy are some of the chef's followers, who harshly criticize the couple's "irresponsibility" of bringing a baby into the world given their age, which they consider advanced to become parents.
"Congratulations, but stop. You're 57 and she's 49. You're playing a very risky lottery," says one. "You're almost 60, have you gone crazy?" says another. "I'm shocked that people are having children at these late ages now, when they're supposed to be having grandchildren." "Having children at 60 is savage," say others.
However, becoming parents was part of their plans. Last September, the chef already shared in an interview that his wife was looking forward to being a mother again. Of course, it gave no clues about her pregnancy, which was about to reach term.
