Britney Spears is paying $10,000 a month for the luxury apartment where Sam Asghari now lives

The divorce between Britney Spears and Sam Asghari continues to be talked about in talk shows, covers and pieces written by international media. The couple announced their separation after spending a year and two months together, with the end of the engagement becoming official on July 28. The model claimed "irreconcilable differences" when TMZ first reported the news, and the two have been locked in divorce negotiations ever since.

One of the pieces of information that has emerged during the couple's tug-of-war in recent weeks is the cost of the apartment in which Asghari now resides, after having packed her bags and left the home she shared with the American singer. As TMZ also reports, Spears herself would be giving up an amount of $10,000 a month as rent for a luxury apartment in Los Angeles.

Despite the conflict in which both are currently, mainly due to Asghari's support request, which would not coincide with the prenuptial agreement; Britney would have made a gesture of "good will" by paying this rent while they finish negotiating all the fringes of the divorce agreement.

The North American portal also details that this is the price of a simple apartment, but that the fitness instructor would have reached an agreement to pay that amount for a better stay, closing the standard figure.

"Britney's advisers believe that having this gesture with him is a very smart move," reported sources close to the family. This movement of the singer of Toxic, Circus or Womanizer would be motivated by her new legal strategist, the lawyer Laura Wasser. This lawyer has a relevant reputation in the United States, and she recently worked with Kevin Costner during his negotiations with Christine Baumgartner.

Of the many movements that have taken place around Spears and Asghari since their divorce was announced, one of the most prominent has been a rapprochement of the family towards the artist. Her older brother, Bryan Spears, went to Britney's mansion in Thousand Oaks, California; accompanied by a therapist so that the interpreter would not enter a self-destructive spiral again. It was the first time in months that the two had been in contact.

Similarly, it was also discovered that the actor of Iranian descent would not receive a dollar from his ex-wife's memoirs, The Woman in Me. The book, valued at $15 million, will go on sale on October 24, and Asghari will not see any profit from its sales. This goes back to the pre-nuptial agreement that both signed, and which tied the exclusivity of the publication in the hands of Britney, despite developing it during her married stage.
