Ayuso: "The next time I look for a partner it will be a Finnish cloistered nun"

Isabel Díaz Ayuso does not mince words. The Madrid president was in the regional Assembly this Thursday when she received harsh accusations from Manuela Bergerot, leader of Más Madrid.

"Being the lawyer of a fraudster is not the same as being the president," said the politician, thus referring to the tax fraud carried out by Alberto González, in which Ayuso's partner managed to invoice 1.6 million euros.

Bergerot thus demanded explanations from the president, whose partner is accused of falsifying a commercial document: "Mrs. Ayuso, we already know that Quirón Salud has nothing to do with Quirón Prevention. Just as the ground floor has nothing to do with the attic from above, even though they look alike and are very close," said the one from Más Madrid.

It is at this moment that the Madrid president has decided to respond in an ironic tone, making it clear that "the next time" she looks for a partner she will ask for a "consultation": "I don't know if I will have to look for a Finnish cloistered nun, let's see if not." "They're looking for a plot in some way," he said.

Likewise, Díaz Ayuso assures that some parties have the objective of "defaming" Quirón, which in turn is the same company that "contracts with ministries such as Transport or Interior, National Heritage, the Basque Country and Catalonia."
