The long-awaited May 6, 2023 has finally arrived. The coronation of a new King of England is already a fact, and many well-known faces have traveled to the United Kingdom to be part of this very special day for Charles III and all your family. It had been almost 70 years since the country had witnessed a ceremony like this (since the celebration of Elizabeth II's coronation), and thousands of people have taken to the streets of London to experience it live.
Few are the lucky ones who have been invited to attend the celebration at Westminster Abbey, taking into account the large number of people who are gathered near the key points of the celebration route. Just over 2,000 people have been able to access the temple. There have been no extensions with extra seats, as happened with the coronation of Isabel II, where the capacity of the place was exceeded.
As we said, there are few lucky ones, and those selected have been arriving at the abbey starting at eight in the morning. Among the first to arrive were some artists such as the actress Emma Thompson or the singer Katy Perry.
