A single man from 'First Dates' tries to flirt with Laura Boado in front of his date: ''It seemed disrespectful to me''

First Dates is about to celebrate eight years on television. The legendary Cuatro dating show will celebrate its eighth anniversary this coming Monday, April 15, with a very special installment that will not leave anyone indifferent. Until then, viewers of the dating-show can enjoy a new round of dates every night with all kinds of outcomes.

One of the events that caused the most talk on Thursday night was the one starring Luisa and Juan Luis. The 66-year-old single woman came to the restaurant eager to meet someone interesting after two divorces. She defined herself as a very active person, since she did all kinds of activities, such as swimming, oriental dancing or sevillanas. ''I want to meet a person who still has life (...) Who is tall, younger than me, with hair and romantic,'' she said.

His date was Juan Luis, a 63-year-old bachelor from Madrid who said as soon as he arrived that he "didn't look older." ''I don't look old,'' he declared. Among his passions were baking, motorcycles and traveling. ''I love women,'' he stressed. But even though they both had the hope of meeting someone who was their prototype, the singles were the first disappointment of the night as soon as they saw each other.

''I didn't like it, he looked like a little sailor,'' she said. ''I don't like the volume it occupies and the size, I'm 1.80'', said the bachelor. After exchanging their first words, the presenter accompanied the couple to their table, where they began the evening talking about their love history.

Luis said that she had an exceptional relationship with her first husband and that now she was looking for someone with whom she could get excited again. ''Let me tell you that you are wasting your time. Are you telling me that you are going to fall in love now at your age?'' Juan Luis told him. ''So, a 90-year-old woman doesn't have the right to fall in love?'' she asserted.

''We have an age and a time for everything,'' insisted the bachelor, who also confessed that ''women today believe that someone who is chivalrous is someone who pays for everything.'' ''I don't share it, I'm not looking for a man to pay me for things, I'm just looking for love,'' she stated.

At one point during the evening, Juan Luis assured that each person should be with someone their age. ''I make a fool of myself with a 20-year-old girl,'' he declared. ''I think she has a complex because otherwise she wouldn't say that,'' Luisa asserted. Furthermore, the bachelor confessed that his date looked much older than he was. ''She has very marked eye shadows,'' he emphasized.

However, Luisa showed the bachelor with her long list of activities that age was no impediment to staying active. "I don't even see a body, nor is he a gentleman," she commented. In the final stretch, darts continued to be the main stars of the dinner.

At one point, Laura Boado approached the table to bring them desserts, an opportunity that Juan Luis took advantage of to try to flirt with her in front of Luisa. ''Sweet things are what I like the most, that's why I like you,'' she said. ''You have to like her,'' the presenter replied. ''If she were my partner I would have given her a damn. "She seemed to me to lack respect and education," the single woman stated. Therefore, in the final decision there were no surprises and both were rejected.
