A bachelor from 'First Dates' ends up horrified by his date's arrogant attitude: ''That doesn't suit me''

The most popular dating restaurant on the small screen closed its doors for another week. On Friday night, Carlos Sobera and Laura Boado welcomed different diners who came to First Dates to try their luck in love. But Cuatro's space doesn't always hit the right note and many of them leave the restaurant door just as alone.

One of the dates of the night was the one starring Carla and Carlos. The 18-year-old single woman arrived at the restaurant bragging about flirting a lot. ''I have high self-esteem, which is not the same as being self-centered,'' she declared. She wanted to meet a self-confident boy and above all for him to be polite. ''I want a four-by-four, tall and big,'' she confessed.

Her date was going to be Carlos, a 19-year-old single, who claimed that he had never suffered for love. The first impression between the two was quite good. They both discovered that they were two people who took great care of each other and went to the gym every day. ''He has super pretty eyes, but his style... will change something,'' the single woman declared. ''She seemed very pretty to me. "She has a very pretty face, although she is short and I think she has a pretty big body," commented the bachelor.

After learning about their studies and ages, the presenter accompanied the couple to their table, where the evening began. There, both opened up about their previous relationships. Carla confessed that she had never had a serious relationship. Carlos, for his part, said that she had a relationship, but decided to end it because she was not convinced by the attitudes of his ex-partner. ''He seems like an independent boy,'' she said.

Furthermore, the single person considered himself an attentive and loving person and not at all jealous "as long as the behaviors and attitudes were good." ''I think he is jealous, he wanted to hide it from me,'' she said. The date was progressing and the singles seemed to be getting along. One of their points in common was the gym. Carlos said that when he was little they picked on his physical appearance and that had created insecurities in him.

But at a certain point during the evening, Carlos noticed that Carla was too conceited and proud, something that did not convince him. ''I like it and I don't like it. On a personal level, it is very good to feel like the best, but when it comes to others, it seems a bit like: ''What are you doing?'''', stated the bachelor.

In the final stretch of the dinner, Carla confessed that it was difficult for her to give affection, but she considered herself someone who was very detail-oriented. ''I have some requirements. They give me a rude guy and I don't sit here,'' she said. Suddenly, the single woman commented that she would have liked to sit in another part of the restaurant to feel "like a princess." An attitude that completely scared Carlos. Therefore, in the final decision, the bachelor rejected Carla because of her attitude and she defended herself by ensuring that her comments were just a joke. ''That doesn't work for me,'' he said.
