An emergency device has been deployed to search for a person in the sea in the Barcelona Forum area.
Nine teams of firefighters from Barcelona, members of the Urban Police, the Mossos d'Esquadra and a Maritime Rescue helicopter are working in the operation, with the support also of firefighters from the Generalitat.
Maritime Rescue sources have explained to ACN that they have received the notification today through the emergency telephone number 112 that a person was doing some diving practice without oxygen in the sea, so they have activated a helicopter and a rescue boat.
The emergency services have detailed that they received the notice around 2:00 p.m. this Saturday, marked by bad weather in the Catalan capital and throughout Catalonia.
