They admit to processing a lawsuit that asks to stop the processing of the future amnesty law

The court of first instance number 104 of Madrid has accepted for processing the claim of a Spanish citizen who requests to provisionally paralyze the parliamentary processing of an amnesty law for those investigated, accused and convicted of the process of Catalonia, considering that "it violates fundamental rights ".

According to the resolution, advanced by EFE, the hearing has been scheduled for next November 13. And the Presidency and the Board of the Congress of Deputies, as well as the parliamentary groups of PSOE, Junts, ERC and Sumar, have been cited as defendants.

The plaintiff asks the court to send a court order to the Presidency of Congress so that it refrains from holding a plenary session for the approval of an amnesty law or that represents a possible amnesty for those investigated, accused and convicted for their participation in the process. , until a final ruling is issued in the procedure initiated after the adoption of this measure.

"The possible violation of the right to equal treatment towards me is based on the negotiations that are being held between the defendants to approve an amnesty law, which completely breaks the equal treatment of all Spaniards, since "The aim is to amnesty certain people through a political act and not through requested justice or grace," the lawsuit states.

According to the Pérez-Roldan law firm, which has reported on the judicial resolution, this is the first to be admitted of the more than 3,000 lawsuits in defense of the fundamental rights that the future amnesty law violates, presented by private citizens following a widespread model by a group of lawyers, led by Sevillian José Luis Sariego Morillo.

The president of the Junta de Castilla y León, Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, has announced that the extraordinary Government Council held this Saturday in Valladolid has agreed to begin the "immediate challenge" procedure before the TC the agreements between the PSOE and the Catalan independentists on the amnesty and forgiveness of Catalonia's debt with the Autonomous Liquidity Fund (FLA).

In an appearance before the press after participating in the Council, Mañueco insisted that these agreements "seriously attack Spain and Castilla y León" and the "framework of coexistence", which is why he maintained that they will be "firm and clear" in the defense of the Constitution and the rule of law, together with the principles of equality, solidarity and territorial cohesion.

"We are neither going to fold our arms nor look the other way," said Mañueco, who assured that this "is not a question of auctions, games of numbers, nor a war of numbers", but rather "a question of beginning".

For this reason, the autonomous Government Council, meeting in an extraordinary manner at the request of the vice president of the Board, Juan García-Gallardo (Vox), has approved the two measures to be implemented when the agreements on the amnesty materialize.

With this announcement, Castilla y León becomes the first Community to announce that it will go to court against the PSOE agreements with the independentists, when these materialize, to achieve the investiture of Pedro Sánchez as President of the Government.
