These are the most beautiful restaurants in Europe (and the winner is in Spain)

Marbella is one of those places where the sun shines eternally and where you always want to go because it is in an eternal summer. Luxury, glamour, cocktails, parties... part of that idyllic image has been given to the hotels and restaurants that have been established there. Excellent businesses that also have a spectacular design that has been imagined to offer a surprising experience from the moment you cross the threshold of the door.

There is always something new to discover in Marbella, and just a year ago the Casanis Group's fourth restaurant was inaugurated, the Nota Blu New Brasserie with traditional French cuisine with avant-garde touches. Chef Fabián Cangas is in charge of preparing the dishes that create his menu, traditional recipes but with a fresh point of view where the quality of the product, simplicity and flavor are his hallmarks. So we can eat dishes such as the salad of seasonal tomatoes, shallots, oregano and honey vinaigrette or the grilled entrecote with Café de Paris butter.

An elegant and sophisticated space designed by Ala Zreigat and Óscar Engroba, co-founders of the interior design studio Astet Studio, which this year has been awarded (again and there are three) with the Restaurant award

A white building with smooth walls and rectangular shapes that leads, after some stairs, to an open-air hallway, with water on both sides, where you can see olive trees, a symbol of the Mediterranean. To access the dining room you have to go through impressive wooden doors, and the ceiling of the lobby is dressed with wooden arches, which intertwine to give it a certain cathedral feel, from which details of dried leaves are hung to give the feeling of being Full nature. On both sides, the showcases reveal its cellar where more than 1,500 bottles of the best champagne and wine are kept.

Once inside, materials such as wood, natural stones and cement in cream and brown tones predominate. The warmth of the materials and colors are combined with curved elements that transmit an elegant fluidity to the spaces. The dining room is dominated by a large marble and wood bar that splits into two; the bar and the kitchen area, allowing you to watch the chefs at work.

There are also large floral installations descending from the ceiling in the form of lamps and the enormous windows that surround it ingeniously merge the interior with the exterior.

The main dining room and the adjoining terrace are complemented by the glass cellar that functions as a private dining room and a dream piano bar covered with transparent fabrics. The terrace area offers a more relaxed atmosphere, tables, fabric and rope chairs, and low armchairs in brown, ecru and white tones typical of Marbella, there are some blue touches and small pools where the light is reflected, it also has a bar counter to enjoy both summer and winter.
