The newborn in a critical condition admitted to a hospital in Malaga for alleged abuse

In critical condition, this is the 20-day-old baby who has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit at the Maternal and Child Hospital in Malaga since last Thursday, allegedly a victim of abuse.

It was the same health workers who, when caring for the minor, put in place the relevant protocol, which ended with the arrest of her father although Court number 6 of Malaga ordered his provisional release.

Since her admission to the hospital, the newborn has not shown any change in her health status, remaining admitted to the Maternal and Child Intensive Care Unit. At the moment, she has not revealed the injuries she suffers from or how or who took her to the hospital where she was treated. What is known is that the events occurred last Thursday, at which time the protocol for mistreatment was activated.

It was the agents of the National Police Juvenile Group (Grume) who proceeded to arrest the father of the baby, who was barely 16 days old when she was admitted to the center last Thursday, February 1. He was then brought to justice.

It has been the Investigative Court number six of Malaga, acting as guard, which has provisionally released the man, as confirmed by sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia, since they have indicated that the father of the child is being investigated for the commission of an alleged crime of mistreatment.
