The mirage of train drops

The little rain that has fallen in Catalonia will be just a mirage and the cold will once again give way to spring days. This week the arrival of a powerful anticyclone is expected that will prevent the entry of Atlantic storms and that will trigger temperatures, which will be "notably above normal" and will be "more typical of the month of March", according to the Agency's forecast. State of Meteorology (Aemet).

In La Vanguardia's Readers' Photos we can see the train circulating on line R3 from l'Hospitalet to Puigcerdà, with rain, a sight that is now behind us.

The images have been captured behind the window glass, this time, of the car, as the train passed by.

It was raining lightly and the way to avoid getting the camera wet was to capture the images from the car. I also liked them better with the close-up of the water drops. The sky also looked like rain.

Currently, the R3 is being updated with more double-track sections. Vic is located on the route of this Rodalies Renfe line, specifically, on the Barcelona-Latour-de-Carol line. Part of the trains coming from L'Hospitalet end their journey here and part act as scheduled regional trains to Ripoll, Ribes de Freser or Puigcerdà / Latour-de-Carol.
