The Majadahonda (Madrid) judge who is investigating allegedly irregular contracts linked to the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) for five years has summoned former federation president Luis Rubiales to testify as a defendant on April 29 and days before, on the 12th, his successor, Pedro Rocha, as a witness.
Both the former president of the RFEF and his successor must appear before the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 4 of the Madrid town in the framework of the case known as the Brody Case.
