Security guards at the Barcelona-El Prat Airport have called an indefinite strike starting on August 10.
The strike will take place from Thursday to Monday from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m., from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., the CSIF union reported in a statement on Monday.
The workers criticize the breach of the agreements reached with I-Sec Aviation Security, the company in charge of the works.
As they have pointed out, "the company does not respect staff breaks, nor family reconciliation" and they have assured that there are some managers who exercise, textually, abuse of authority and pressure on subordinates.
The strike also aims to "comply with parity in jobs", that the company take over the parking costs and receive a bonus for languages.
