Julián Robles, the father of the young man who died this weekend at the Burro Canaglia restaurant, in Manuel Becerra Square, in the Salamanca neighborhood in Madrid, is considering taking action for the negligence that caused the fire and its tragic consequences with two deaths. In statements to various television channels, he has defended that his idea is to "group" the injured and the family of the young nurse who was also dead and "study" what complaints can be filed.

The father, very affected by the death of his son Jay Robles, has not made it clear if the complaint would go against the owners of the premises or against the Madrid City Council.

The Madrid town hall, through number two Begoña Villacis, clarified on Sunday that "the place had a license with a kitchen" since 1997. However, the investigation is focusing on whether the leafy decoration was of the appropriate material or not , since it had great ease to burn.

He has also pointed out that his son had written a video clip entitled "the room on fire, you will cry for me". Jay was a huge music fan and had participated in several television castings. In fact, his father has assured that "his friends are going to make him a song." And that yesterday more than 70 friends related to music attended his farewell.
