The Department of Territory will double the frequencies of the L6 and L16 bus lines that connect Girona with Sarrià de Ter and Sant Julià de Ramis (Girona).
This extension will allow there to be a bus every quarter of an hour on each of the lines, but overall the offer will allow connecting Sant Julià and Girona every seven and a half minutes since both lines follow parallel routes between the three towns it connects.
Until now the two lines were close to a million validations, double what there were six years ago. With the reinforcement of routes, Territori hopes to grow by 30% in the number of passengers.
On the other hand, the Government has also tripled the frequency of buses that go from Salt (Gironès) to the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).
